Nickolett R. Daniels

Nickolett’s practice primarily focuses on the area of family law. She represents clients in dissolution of marriage, establishment of paternity and child custody and support, family access motions, and adult abuse and child abuse proceedings. She also participates in landlord- tenant matters for the associate civil court.

Prior to joining the firm, Nickolett participated in many St. Charles County Circuit Family Court hearings and was a paralegal for the Small Business Administration. In law school she was a member of the Board of Advocates and President of the Environmental Law Society. She interned with large corporate companies including Marathon Oil Company and Metropolitan Transit Authority (METRO).
